Island State of Mind Collection
Thailand has been one of those places I keep finding reasons to come back to. Every trip has given me a different perspective, whether I was launching the drone before sunrise, hiking out to a new viewpoint with my camera, or spending the day underwater exploring the reefs that first brought me here.
Most mornings started early. Not because I had an itinerary to follow, but because I wanted to see what the light was doing before the beaches filled up and the day settled in. Sometimes I'd head out with the drone. Other times it was just my camera and a location I'd been curious about the day before. The best photographs usually came from giving myself the time to explore instead of chasing a specific shot.
Scuba diving has shaped the way I see Thailand just as much as photography has. Looking at an island from below the surface, then later from a few hundred feet in the air, gives you an appreciation for how connected everything is. It's a perspective that continues to influence the way I frame the world through my lens.
This collection is a reflection of those experiences. From the granite coastline of Koh Tao to the quieter corners of the islands, these photographs represent the moments that made me stop, take a second look, and press the shutter. I hope they bring a little of that same perspective into your home.
