Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Flyby Focus Decor.

All of our artwork is made to order through our trusted print fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen production delays.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Flyby Focus Decor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.


International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
